Reservation and Cancellation Policy

At Hotel Azur, we value transparency and a smooth experience from the moment you book. Therefore, we maintain clear and simple conditions.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

  • For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, or in case of no‑show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Payment and Guarantee

  • A valid credit card guarantee is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Payment is made at check‑in or check‑out, unless otherwise agreed.

Check‑in & Check‑out

  • Check‑in: from 15:00

  • Check‑out: until 11:00

Pets

  • Pets are welcome upon request. Any conditions or supplements will be communicated in advance.

Non‑Smoking Policy

  • The entire hotel is non‑smoking. A cleaning fee may apply in case of violation.

Tourist Tax

  • Any applicable tourist tax is not included in the room rate and is payable on site.

Group Reservations

  • Different conditions may apply for group bookings.

Force Majeure

  • In case of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation.
