Can we change our reservation?
You can always change your reservation or cancel it free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival. If you have booked through one of our booking partners such as Booking.com or Expedia, you must contact them directly to make changes.
Can we park at the hotel and do we need to reserve a space?
We have our own parking lot with a limited number of spaces (€15/day). These cannot be reserved in advance but are subject to availability at the time of arrival.
We recommend driving to the hotel and dropping off your luggage. If our parking lot is no longer available, our hosts will show you where the nearest parking spot is.
Can we check in early or drop off our luggage?
Check-in is possible from 8:00 AM, but the room is only available from 3:00 PM. If the room is ready you can check in earlier. Until the room is available, you can store your luggage at the reception.
Can we check out later?
Late check-out: free upon request and subject to availability until 11:30 AM. From 11:30 AM a surcharge of €75 will be charged until 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM an extra night will be charged.
Can we bring our (small) dog?
Dogs are welcome! ♡ Register your pet in advance for a surcharge of €50, including our Deluxe Dog Package for a wonderful stay.
Do you have twin beds or can we add an extra bed?
Our hotel is a romantic boutique hotel, and we have lovely queen/king-size double beds. These can be separated upon request. Only in our Deluxe rooms and suite is it possible to add an extra bed. This is exclusively on request. We charge €75.00 for this.
Can we stay with our newborn baby?
This is of course possible! Upon request and availability, we provide a baby cot in the room ☽
